We ship worldwide, including across Europe, the United States, and beyond. If your location is available at checkout, we’ve got you covered!

 

🕒 Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Some items (especially handmade or custom pieces) may take a bit longer — we’ll always note this on the product page so there are no surprises.

 

🚚 Shipping Times & Costs

Because we work with trusted global suppliers (via Modalyst), shipping times and costs vary by product and destination:

Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days, depending on where you live and where the item ships from.

Shipping fees: Are calculated at checkout. Some items include free shipping — it will be clearly labeled.

You’ll see the expected delivery time on each product page and again during checkout.

 

📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status at any time on your account page.

Note: Orders with multiple items may ship separately, depending on the supplier's location.

 

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition. If something isn’t quite right, just email us at hello@ambi-shop.com with your order number and issue — we’ll help you through the return process.

Return shipping costs may apply (depending on the item and reason).

Some made-to-order or personal care items may be non-returnable — we’ll always let you know in advance.
