REFUND POLICY

At Ambi, we want you to feel good about every piece you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🗓 Return Window

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Please contact us at hello@ambi-shop.com to initiate a return and we’ll provide instructions and the return address, as most returns are sent directly to the supplier.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Personalized or made-to-order items

Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

Items marked “final sale”

Any item not in its original condition or returned more than 14 days after delivery

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@ambi-shop.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue — we’ll make it right.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

🌍 International Returns

Returns must be shipped back to the supplier’s warehouse (often located abroad). Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective.
